Version 1 is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) Functional Support Consultant to join its Enterprise Applications team. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to influence how organisations maximise their HCM investment across UK clients.

You will work with senior Oracle professionals, become a trusted advisor, shape solutions and guide best practices while developing deep Oracle HCM Cloud expertise for future career growth.

Formación

• Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Talent and HR Helpdesk.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into practical Oracle solutions.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (minimum three years UK residency) and Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional consultancy and support across Oracle HCM Cloud environments
• Advise clients on solutions, configuration improvements, and process enhancements
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and become their go-to Oracle expert
• Support Oracle Cloud release management and adoption of new functionality
• Deliver workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and user guidance
• Contribute to service improvements and continuous optimisation initiatives
• Support pre-sales activities and client demonstrations where required
• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues across the wider Oracle practice
