Job summary

Berkeley Square IT is seeking an experienced Lead Oracle HCM Functional Consultant focused on Core HCM for a UK 5-month contract. The role requires SC clearance and involves delivering end-to-end Core HCM solutions, workshops with clients, and coordinating offshore teams in a hybrid remote setup.

You will lead configuration, testing, deployment, and offer recruitment module guidance (ORC) where needed, while building trusted advisory relationships and driving HR transformation for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Core HCM modules in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong experience advising clients on HR best practices.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Core HCM implementations, incl. offshore teams.
• Bonus: Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or recruitment modules.
• Consultancy background focused on HR transformation and pre-sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead Core HCM configuration and deployment aligned to HR processes.
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements with clients.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery from design to post-go-live.
• Provide ORC recruitment expertise if needed.
• Coordinate offshore teams to deliver on time and within scope.
• Build strong client relationships as trusted HR transformation advisor.
