Version 1 is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) Functional Support Consultant to join its expert Oracle practice in the United Kingdom. The role offers hybrid working with focus on advisory services, design, and configuration across Oracle HCM Cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Talent and HR Helpdesk.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into Oracle solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (3 years residency).
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
• Experience in managed services or application support environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service delivery best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional consultancy and support across Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
• Advise clients on solutions, configuration improvements, and process enhancements.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and become their go-to Oracle expert.
• Support Oracle Cloud release management and adoption of new functionality.
• Deliver workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and user guidance.
• Contribute to service improvements and continuous optimisation initiatives.
• Support pre-sales activities and client demonstrations where required.
• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues across the wider Oracle practice.
