Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Support Consultant to join our award-winning Managed Services team in the UK. You will provide day-to-day functional and application support for multiple clients, focusing on Oracle Cloud Payroll and related HCM modules.

You’ll guide clients on best practice, ensure payroll compliance and deliver clear documentation, while developing your consulting skills in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud expertise, with a strong focus on Payroll.
• Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation and absence rules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional design solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to document solutions clearly.
• SC clearance eligibility – minimum 3 years UK residency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional and application support for multiple clients.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and optimise Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.
• Deliver clear documentation and share knowledge across the team.
• Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to colleagues.
• Assist with pre-sales activities including product demos.
• Advise clients on best practice Cloud processes, configuration options, and roadmaps.
• Work effectively with end-users remotely, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
