Version 1, a leading Oracle partner with a strong UK footprint, is seeking an Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Support Consultant. You will own and optimise live Cloud Payroll environments, acting as a trusted advisor on payroll processes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud expertise focused on Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; documentation ready.
• SC clearance eligibility and 3+ years UK residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional and application support for multiple clients.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and optimise Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.
• Deliver clear documentation and share knowledge across the team.
• Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to colleagues.
• Assist with pre-sales activities including product demos.
• Advise clients on best practice Cloud processes, configuration options, and roadmaps.
• Work effectively with end-users remotely, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
