The successful candidate will manage client engagements, implement HCM modules, and ensure top system performance. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with Oracle Fusion HCM particularly in Core HR, Recruitment, and Talent Management. Strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of the SDLC are critical.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM for UK Public Sector clients.
• Strong planning skills for release and delivery planning.
• Experience coaching and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM for UK clients.
• Conduct System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Utilize HCM technical tools for data management.
