Job summary

Data Careers Ltd is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion/ERP Change Manager for a 12-month contract with hybrid working in Stafford. The role pays up to £800 per day Inside IR35 and requires you to lead people-side change across finance, HR and procurement transformations.

You will champion an adopt-not-adapt approach, drive adoption, engage senior leaders and collaborate with delivery teams to realise benefits for around 4,000 users and processes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex public sector or highly regulated environments.
• Experience supporting finance, HR or procurement ERP transformations.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is essential.
• Knowledge of finance, HR and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and deliver practical change management plans aligned with programme milestones.
• Ensure change activities are integrated into the wider programme delivery plan.
• Support the successful implementation of new systems, processes and ways of working.
• Conduct readiness assessments covering business processes, systems, data and roles.
• Identify dependencies, risks and barriers to adoption.
