Job summary

Skillsbay Ltd is seeking an experienced Oracle Change & Engagement Manager to lead change management and stakeholder engagement on a major Oracle Finance Transformation Programme. You will drive change strategies, readiness plans and adoption across finance and programme teams, ensuring successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change within major Finance Transformation and ERP implementation programmes.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and finance process changes is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead change teams and manage diverse stakeholder groups across complex organisations.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or APMG.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Change & Engagement Manager to play a key role in a major Oracle Finance Transformation Programme within a large, complex organisation. The successful candidate will lead change management and stakeholder engagement activities, supporting the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ensuring the successful adoption of new finance systems, processes and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change management activities across a large-scale Oracle Finance Transformation Programme.
• Develop and deliver change strategies, impact assessments and business readiness plans.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training and user adoption.
• Work closely with finance teams, programme leads and senior stakeholders to manage organisational change.
• Lead and support the Change & Engagement team.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience delivering change within major Finance Transformation and ERP implementation programmes in large, complex organisations.
• Ideally, experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and associated finance process changes.
• Proven experience leading change teams and managing diverse stakeholder groups across complex organisational structures.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or APMG.
