Job summary

Skillsbay Ltd seeks an experienced Oracle Change & Engagement Manager to drive change management and stakeholder engagement for a major Oracle Finance Transformation Programme in the UK. You will support adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, influencing how teams work with new finance processes and systems.

You will develop change strategies, programmes and readiness plans, lead a team, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of new ways of working

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change within major Finance Transformation and ERP implementations.
• Proven ability to lead change teams across complex organisations.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or APMG).

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Change & Engagement Manager to play a key role in a major Oracle Finance Transformation Programme within a large, complex organisation.

The successful candidate will lead change management and stakeholder engagement activities, supporting the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ensuring the successful adoption of new finance systems, processes and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change management activities across a large-scale Oracle Finance Transformation Programme.
• Develop and deliver change strategies, impact assessments and business readiness plans.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training and user adoption.
• Work closely with finance teams, programme leads and senior stakeholders to manage organisational change.
• Lead and support the Change & Engagement team.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience delivering change within major Finance Transformation and ERP implementation programmes in large, complex organisations.
• Ideally, experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and associated finance process changes.
• Proven experience leading change teams and managing diverse stakeholder groups across complex organisational structures.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or APMG.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
