Infosys Limited in London, UK is seeking an Oracle EBS Core HR Functional Lead to guide implementations and provide ongoing support for Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management in the UK public sector.

You will translate complex technical solutions into clear insights for technical teams and senior management, mentor a 5+ person delivery team, and contribute to release planning using Lean/Agile and ITIL practices.

Formación

• Minimum 12+ years of Oracle EBS HCM implementation/support experience for UK public sector.
• HCM HDL, HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas and Payroll Batch Loader hands-on.
• Ability to translate complex technology solutions for diverse audiences.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams (5+ members).
• Familiarity with Lean/ Agile and ITIL methodologies.

Role - Principal Consultant Technology - Oracle EBS Core HR Functional Lead Location - London, UK Job Description We're looking for an Oracle EBS Core HR Functional Lead to support EBS Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients . You'll need to guide & supporting projects and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences. Your role As an Oracle EBS Core HR Functional Lead, you'll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients & supporting existing solutions. Your focus will be on ongoing support of Oracle EBS HCM modules like Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management for the UK public sector. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You'll provide necessary support & guidance to existing solution. Responsibilities: Lead and support Oracle EBS HCM, specifically focusing on EBS Core HR, Absence,
Recruitment and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients. Apply hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients. Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader. Required: Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation & support of Oracle EBS HCM for EBS Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients. Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader. Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams Knowledge and Support of existing solutions. Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log Preferred Should be an excellent planner when it
comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning. Should have excellent problem-solving skills Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members with experience of managing 5+ team members Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies & ITIL Methodologies.
