Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Commercial Director – Oracle to lead the commercial strategy, sales growth, and business development for Oracle solutions and services. You will manage complex negotiations and engage with C-level stakeholders across enterprise accounts.

You’ll partner with delivery and technology teams to ensure outcomes, drive bids, and build account growth plans while maintaining Oracle partnerships and maximizing revenue and margin targets.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, consulting, or commercial leadership.
Strong experience selling Oracle solutions and services.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Experience leading complex commercial negotiations and large-scale deals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Oracle-focused commercial and sales strategies.
Drive revenue growth and profitability across Oracle services and solutions.
Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and sales performance.
Identify market opportunities and emerging Oracle technologies.
Lead strategic pursuits and major bids.
Develop account growth plans for existing Oracle customers.
