Specsavers in Southampton is seeking a Retail Supervisor to assist with the store's daily operations and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service and technical standards.

You will supervise, coach and motivate staff, aiming to exceed performance targets and maximise profits while using KPIs to drive sales. Experience in optics or Audiology is essential for this role and training will be provided to deepen product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist store directors with retail operations and manage staff performance.
• Coach and motivate staff to achieve excellent customer service and technical standards.
• Use KPIs to increase sales, minimise costs and maximise profits while supporting the store team.
