Job summary

Specsavers in Whitehaven is seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to lead by example and champion a customer-first mindset. You will supervise, coach and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and exceed performance targets.

You will support the store Directors/Managers with daily operations, using KPIs to boost sales and profits, while helping the team grow through training and development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Strong supervisor/retail management experience.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and motivate staff to achieve excellent customer service and targets.
• Assist the store Directors/Managers with day-to-day retail operations.
• Use KPIs to increase sales and maximise profits.
• Support the management team in the effective running of the store.
• Provide training and development to staff and create a warm, friendly atmosphere.

You will assist the store Directors/Managers with day-to-day retail operations and have responsibility for supervising, coaching and motivating staff to achieve excellent standards and customer service with a focus on exceeding performance targets.

Each day you will support the team by using key performance indicators to increase sales and maximise profits. You will support the management team in the effective running of the store.

You will play a key part in creating a warm and friendly atmosphere and an outstanding store environment both for our customers and our team. You do not need experience within optics, if you have strong retail supervisor/managerial skills then don't hesitate to apply.
