Specsavers Maldon is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store and team across Maldon and South Woodham. You’ll champion a customer-first mindset, keep the store running smoothly, and grow your leadership skills within a supportive environment.

You’ll enjoy structured training, a competitive salary, and benefits while helping the local community access better hear and eye care. Role is full time, 40 hours per week.

• Previous optical experience is essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and colleagues.
