Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support store directors in supervising, coaching and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance targets. The role emphasises using KPIs to grow sales, reduce costs and maximise profits, while creating a warm, friendly atmosphere and a high standard of retail environment.

Previous optics experience is essential, with training provided on products and people management.

• Basic knowledge/experience of optical terminology

Retail Supervisor

As Retail Supervisor you will assist the store directors with the retail operations with a particular responsibility for supervising, coaching and motivating staff to achieve excellent technical standards and customer service and to exceed performance targets. You will support by using key performance indicators to increase sales, minimise costs and maximise profits and management team in the effective running of the store. You will support with supervising, coaching and motivating staff to achieve excellent retail standards and customer service. You will support by inspiring the team and using KPI’s to increase sales, minimise costs and maximise profits.

You will be a key part in creating a warm and friendly atmosphere and an outstanding store environment both for our customers and our team.

Please note that previous optics experience is essential for this role.
