Job summary

Specsavers in Shirley, UK, is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy team and deliver outstanding customer care. The role focuses on supporting eyecare and hearcare services, training and coaching colleagues, and keeping the store running smoothly.

You will contribute to a customer-first culture and help colleagues grow professionally. The position is full-time (39 hours per week), offering a salary of £27,000 per year with a probationary period and various employee benefits.

Our store

Located on Stratford Road in Shirley, the Specsavers store benefits from a prominent high street location surrounded by a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants and local amenities. The store is easily accessible by both car and public transport, with regular bus services operating along Stratford Road and Shirley Railway Station nearby, providing convenient links to Birmingham and the surrounding areas.The store features three test rooms and offers both optical and audiology services, creating a professional and customer-focused environment where colleagues can develop their skills while helping customers with their eye and hearing care needs. As part of a supportive and fast-paced team, you'll play an important role in delivering excellent service and making a real difference to customers every day.
