Job summary

Specsavers Urmston is seeking a Supervisor to lead store staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and outstanding customer service. This role focuses on teamwork, attention to detail, and delivering care excellence in a busy optical environment.

You’ll be supported with training and development as you grow your leadership capabilities. The position offers full-time hours (40 per week, including weekends), pension enrollment with employer contributions, and access to Specsavers Perks and wellbeing
