Sensory Audiology & Optical Recruitment is assisting an independent family-owned optical retailer in Reading to recruit an experienced Optical Branch Manager. The role combines people leadership, store operations, and sales strategy to drive branch performance.

As Branch Manager you will oversee daily activities, manage a team of optical staff, ensure outstanding customer service, monitor inventory, and generate reports to inform improvements. Saturday work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical retail or management role.
• Qualified Dispensing Optician and fully GOC registered.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Dispensing Optician searching for a new and exciting opportunity in management?
I am working with an independant family owned company who beleive their people are the key to their success, and are actively searching for a Branch Manager to join their team situated in Raeding. This is a full time position, and will include Saturday working.

Job Responsibilities:
