Qualifications

• No prior retail or optics experience required; onboarding and ongoing support provided.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming vibe by making every customer feel seen and excited to be in store.
• Deliver clear style advice by helping customers find frames that feel right and sharing tips.
• Share knowledge by explaining lens options, coatings, and fits so customers can decide confidently.
• Polish lenses, adjust frames, and ensure every pair leaves looking sharp and ready to wear.
• Guide customers through lens upgrades, coatings, and add-ons to ensure they leave with what they need.
