Job summary

Specsavers Woolwich/Charlton Riverside is seeking a proactive Optical Assistant to join our teams. You’ll provide friendly, customer-focused service and support the store with optical product knowledge and service standards.

The role offers full-time hours (40 per week), weekend work, and a range of benefits as part of a supportive team environment. Prior optical experience is welcome and training is provided to help you grow within the Specsavers brand.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

What we’re looking for?

• At least 3 months experince working in a opticians.
• The ability to commiute two location.

This includes:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
