Job summary

Specsavers South Harrow is looking for an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face of our store. If you have experience in optics or as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, you could be a great fit.

You’ll deliver excellent customer service, support eyewear fittings, and help maintain a welcoming store environment. We offer training, benefits, a 40-hour week, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Basic knowledge of optical terminology.
• Experience in optics or Audiology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store as Optical Assistant.
• Support eyewear fittings and lens selections.
• Contribute to a welcoming store environment for customers and colleagues.

What we’re looking for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:

• At least 3 months experince working in a opticians.

This includes:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
