Specsavers in Bexleyheath is seeking an Optical Assistant who is a proactive, people-focused team member. If you have Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant background, you could be a great fit for this role and join a store that values exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with optical products and services to create an outstanding store environment.
• Support the store team and maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere for customers and colleagues.
• Engage in training and development opportunities to grow in the Optical Assistant role.
