Job summary

Specsavers North Street in Brighton is hiring an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face our store needs. You’ll use your customer service skills and passion for the brand to create an outstanding in-store experience for customers and colleagues.

If you have optical or Audiology experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll fit right in. The role offers training, benefits, and a supportive team in a busy optical setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to create a welcoming store environment.
• Support dispensing and fitting of eyewear as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and product information.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

Specsavers North Street is a busy, customer-focused optical store dedicated to providing high-quality eyecare and excellent customer service. The store offers comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens services, spectacle dispensing and fitting, alongside professional advice and aftercare. The team is committed to delivering a friendly, welcoming experience and ensuring every customer receives the highest standard of care.

What we’re looking for?
