Job summary

Specsavers Stirling is seeking an Optical Assistant to join our busy store. If you have customer service experience and an interest in optics or audiology, you could be the friendly face our customers rely on.

We offer 38 hours per week including regular weekend hours, 28 days leave, pension enrolment, Specsavers Perks, WeCare support, Headspace subscription, eyecare discounts, a birthday day off, and enhanced family leave.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a friendly face in the store and assist customers with inquiries.
• Support dispensing and product guidance to enhance the in-store experience.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to maintain product knowledge.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

Our store

Based in the city of Stirling, our store offers great facilities, including 5 test rooms, onsite lab, plus all the equipment you need to excel in your role, along with great public transport and motorway links.

We have a wonderful team of 38 dedicated and professional people in our store who are ready and waiting to meet you.
