Job summary

Specsavers Norge in the United Kingdom is seeking an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face in-store, delivering excellent customer service and supporting dispensing.

Ideal candidates have previous optical or Audiology exposure and a basic knowledge of optics terminology; full training and development opportunities are provided by Specsavers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers in-store.
• Assist with dispensing and core optical duties as required.
• Promote Specsavers products and services to customers.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
