Job summary

Specsavers is seeking an Optical Assistant to provide outstanding customer service and support, helping create a welcoming store environment for customers and colleagues.

The role requires prior optical or Audiology exposure, a passion for the Specsavers brand, and a commitment to great training and development opportunities. Full-time hours up to 37.5 per week with benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
