Job summary

Specsavers in Weston-super-Mav e? (UK seaside town) is seeking an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face in our store, drawing on previous optical experience. You’ll use your customer service skills and IT confidence to help customers and support the team in a busy retail environment.

We offer training, development opportunities and a range of benefits. Full-time 39 hours or part-time options available, with weekend hours included.

Qualifications

• Previous optical experience or familiarity with optical products and services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confidence using IT systems and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming in-store experience for customers.
• Support optical staff with day-to-day store operations.
