Job summary

Specsavers North Street is a busy, customer-focused optical store dedicated to eyecare and service. The team delivers comprehensive eye examinations, dispensing and fitting of spectacles, and professional advice and aftercare, while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers and staff.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand and customer service skills to create an outstanding store experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear selection and fittings.
• Support dispensing and fitting of spectacles.
• Provide professional advice and aftercare to customers.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

The store offers comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens services, spectacle dispensing and fitting, alongside professional advice and aftercare. What we’re looking for?
