Specsavers in Woolwich/Charlton Riverside is seeking an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face in-store, using strong customer service to support customers with eyewear and hearing care.

The role focuses on delivering great service, supporting a busy opticians environment, and contributing to a positive store experience for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months experience working in an optician's environment.
• Basic knowledge of optical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology is beneficial.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

• Salary: Starting salary £27k (experience depending)

What we’re looking for

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:

• At least 3 months experince working in a opticians.
• The ability to commiute two location.

This includes

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
