Job summary

Specsavers in Potters Bar is looking for an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face in-store, delivering excellent customer service and supporting optical services. Prior optical or dispensing experience is preferred, with a passion for the Specsavers brand and a focus on creating a welcoming store environment for customers and staff.

The role offers full-time hours (up to 40 per week, including weekends) and a salary up to £28,000 depending on experience, alongside pension and employee perks.

• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Optical Assistant - Potters Bar

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
