Job summary

Specsavers Reigate is seeking an Optical Assistant to warmly welcome customers and guide them through eyewear choices. You will work closely with Optometrists and Dispensing colleagues to ensure accurate fittings, lens selections, and smooth service in a fast-paced retail environment.

We offer strong training and development, a friendly team, and a structured support system so you can grow your career within Specsavers and the wider optical field.

Qualifications

Previous optical experience.
Customer service experience.
Willing to learn and develop within the optics field.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and help them with eyewear selections.
Assist with lens fittings and eyewear adjustments.

Our store

Specsavers Reigate is a customer-focused opticians providing a range of professional eye-care and hearing services to the local community. The store offers eye examinations, sight tests, contact lens consultations and fittings, as well as the dispensing and fitting of glasses and sunglasses. The team also provides hearing tests and hearing-care services, combining professional clinical expertise with friendly, personalised customer service to help customers find the right solutions for their individual needs.

With experienced Optometrists, dedicated Dispensing professionals, and a supportive retail team, the store offers a collaborative environment where everyone works together to provide the best possible care.
