Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a Senior Optical Assistant for our London Colney store. You’ll be the friendly face, delivering excellent customer service and applying your optical knowledge to assist customers with appointments, dispensing and product selection.

The role offers full-time hours up to 40 per week, weekend flexibility, and benefits including pension enrollment, Specsavers Perks discounts, Headspace access, eyecare discounts, and free parking.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.

Senior Optical Assistant - London Colney (s)

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
