Specsavers in Enfield Crown Road (S) is hiring an Optical Assistant to join a busy store team. You’ll use your customer service skills to enhance the customer journey and support dispensing tasks in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Previous optical experience is valued, with opportunities for training and progression. Expect a schedule that includes weekend work and a supportive team culture at Specsavers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service in a busy optical retail setting.
• Assist customers with eyewear and fittings, ensuring accuracy and care.
• Support everyday store operations and uphold Specsavers standards.

What we're looking for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant.These include:

• At least 3 months experince working in a opticians.

This includes:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
