Job summary

Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists in Harrogate invites an experienced Client Experience Advisor to join our boutique practice. You will focus on delivering obsessively great service from welcome to aftercare, helping clients choose eyewear and contact lenses, and supporting our friendly team.

We offer a supportive environment, development opportunities, and a competitive salary and benefits package. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with a midweek day off.

Client Experience Advisor (Optical Assistant)

Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists are looking for an experienced Client Experience Advisor to join our fabulous Harrogate practice. This role is 5 days / 40 hours per week (covering rota Monday to Saturday 9am - 5:30pm with Thursday or Friday as day off during the week).

When you join Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists as our Client Experience Advisor, you are joining an independent business. Although we are national, we are not a huge chain which means we understand the importance of local relationships and the power of choice. We aim to deliver obsessively great service to each and every one of our clients via our Welcome, Discover, Delight client journey which is at the core of what we do. We provide all clients with a 45-minute eye exam which gives our fabulous Optometrists the time to really understand their clients’ needs and lifestyles and then recommend solutions that fit best to that lifestyle. If you are looking for a role that gives you more time to spend with your clients, then please come and join us. We have the latest diagnostic equipment, the latest technological advances in contact lenses, spectacle lenses and frames, and the latest fashions.

You will work closely with your team members to ensure we provide the best solutions for our clients and their lifestyles. It’s not all about dispensing, fitting and adjusting spectacles or even teaching clients how to use contact lenses, it’s about you delivering obsessively great service every step of the client journey and putting your clients at the forefront of their time in the practice.
