Job summary

Specsavers in Bilston is seeking an Optical Assistant to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to customers. You’ll be supported by experienced Opticians and Technicians and have access to extensive training and development across the business.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with weekend work required. Salary starts at £24,852 per year plus a team bonus, plus staff discounts and a friendly, customer-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
