Specsavers in Guiseley is seeking an Optical Assistant to warmly welcome customers, guide them in eyewear choices, and support the optical team. Strong customer service in a fast-paced setting is ideal.

Training and development opportunities are available in the store alongside experienced Opticians and Technicians to support your growth. This role offers full-time 40 hours or part-time options, with weekend shifts included.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge of optical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with eyewear selections.
• Provide information on lenses and frame options.
• Support optical team with daily store operations.
