Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with frame selection and providing style advice
• Handling appointments, bookings, and general reception duties
• Supporting Optometrists and the wider team with pre-screening and clinical support where needed
• Explaining lens options, coatings, and pricing in a clear and supportive way
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring smooth store operations

About You

• Previous experience as an Optical Assistant is essential
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident in using practice management systems and handling admin duties
