Job summary

Axians UK is seeking an office-based Central Operations role in Basingstoke to professionally manage spares and the RMA process and to establish and maintain the Basingstoke Depot.

The role focuses on customer-centric processes, service desk updates, product registrations, and coordination with Couriers, field engineering, and vendors. A hybrid working approach is supported, with emphasis on teamwork and adherence to quality and ESG standards.

Responsibilities

• Fully understanding of Annuity contract renewal and quoting processes and the ability to explain the processes to others.
• Ensure a customer focused approach is maintained
• Understand and have the ability to update the Axians Service Desk. (Contracts, Adds Moves and Changes)
• Product Registration & Vendor install base updates
• Management of all Axians spares & RMA process
• Manage Basingstoke Depot
• Manage BAU relationship between Couriers & Axians
• Reconcile monthly reports for Rico spares movement
• Provide Back up: to reconcile monthly reports for Indigo field engineering services
• for Field Engineering BAU
• Reporting: Juniper Rebate - Open RMA Report
• Assist in preparing Service Delivery Manager Reports
• Open Engineer Tasks
• Open Collections
• Customer Inventory (Support revenue based)
• Open Restock tasks
• Open Incidents Sub Tasks
• Provide cover within the Team as required
• Attend relevant training courses when required
• Promote the Axians brand at all times
• Ensuring own and teams adherence to Axians’ Management System Manual for Quality (ISO 9001), InfoSec (ISO 27001) and ESG (ISO 14001).
