Job summary

Linde Material Handling in Basingstoke is seeking a Spare Parts Warehouse Manager to lead the spare parts warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory, efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing and distribution to support excellent customer service.

You will drive performance through data, lead change across warehouse processes, and develop high-performing teams while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. A UK driving licence and strong IPC skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running spare parts or warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Deep understanding of inventory control and data analysis.
• Experience using SAP for warehousing tasks and reporting.
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead receipt, storage, picking, packing and shipping of spare parts.
• Drive inventory accuracy, safety and quality through KPIs.
• Develop teams and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
