Axians UK is seeking an Office-based role within the Central Operations Team reporting to the Central Operations Manager. The position involves professional management of spares and RMA processes and establishing the Basingstoke Depot, with a strong focus on customer service and process accuracy.

The role requires thorough knowledge of annuity contract renewals, quotes, and updates to the Service Desk. It also covers coordination with couriers, reporting, and delivering on BAU operations while

Responsibilities

• Fully understanding of Annuity contract renewal and quoting processes and the ability to explain the processes to others.
• Ensure a customer focused approach is maintained.
• Understand and have the ability to update the Axians Service Desk. (Contracts, Adds Moves and Changes)
• Management of all Axians spares & RMA process
• Manage Basingstoke Depot
• BAU relationship between Couriers & Axians
• Reconcile monthly reports for Rico spares movement
• Provide Back up to reconcile monthly reports for Indigo field engineering services
• Reporting: Juniper Rebate - Open RMA Report
• Assist in preparing Service Delivery Manager Reports
• Open Engineer Tasks
• Open Collections
• Customer Inventory (Support revenue based)
• Open Restock tasks
• Open Incidents Sub Tasks
• Provide cover within the Team as required
• Attend relevant training courses when required
• Promote the Axians brand at all times
• Adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 14001 Quality/InfoSec/ESG standards
