Job summary

Gold Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage the Basingstoke depot, ensuring stock integrity, spares control and efficient annuity processes. You will coordinate with couriers, maintain records and generate regular operational reports while supporting field engineering activities.

The role requires strong organisational skills, experience in warehouse/logistics or IT services, and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Office-based, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, service operations, IT services or telecoms environments.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain records and use operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of the Basingstoke depot, ensuring stock and equipment are controlled.
• Own spares and RMA process from request to completion.
• Support annuity contract renewals and quoting processes.
• Maintain and update Service Desk information (contracts, moves, changes).
• Produce and maintain regular operational reports (RMAs, engineer tasks, inventories).
• Provide support to Field Engineering activities as required.
• Coordinate with couriers and vendors and reconcile monthly reports.
