Job summary

Change Grow Live in Croydon is seeking two Opiate Team Recovery Coordinators to join our service. This full-time role supports people in their recovery journey, coordinating care and connecting individuals with treatment and community resources.

The position is based in Croydon with 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis. We value compassion, resilience and a commitment to helping people achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people facing multiple and complex challenges.
• Understanding of recovery-focused approaches and harm reduction.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and professional boundaries.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high-quality case management.
• Commitment to equality, inclusion and empowering others.
