Change Grow Live in Croydon is seeking a dedicated Non-Opiate Recovery Coordinator to support individuals on their recovery journeys. You’ll work in a compassionate, values-led environment to help people access services, set goals and achieve lasting wellbeing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people facing complex challenges
• Understanding of recovery, behaviour change and harm reduction
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to engage and motivate people from diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of safeguarding, professional boundaries and risk management
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Commitment to equality, inclusion and person-centred practice
