Job summary

Newmedica in Nuneaton seeks a Bank Clinic Assistant to support clinical and operational teams in delivering high-quality patient care. You will perform diagnostic testing, manage appointments and records, and help patients understand their treatment journey.

The role offers variable hours as a bank position with training provided. Strong communication, patient-facing experience, admin skills, and Office 365 proficiency are valued to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with patients or in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of eye physiology and treatment or interest to learn.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Proficient with Office 365 and comfortable with new systems such as patient record/diagnostic software.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good team player who supports others.
• Flexible, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical and operational teams in clinics.
• Carry out diagnostic testing and manage patient appointments and records.
