Peabody is seeking a reliable repairs and maintenance operative to deliver high-quality upkeep in residents’ homes. You will perform a range of tasks, keeping records on handheld devices and communicating clearly with residents during the repair process.

You will carry out a range of repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, often resolving issues on the first visit. You’ll keep accurate records using handheld devices, communicate clearly with residents throughout the repair process, and liaise with teams where follow-on works are required. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining your vehicle and equipment, supporting emergency call-out services, and identifying safeguarding, damp, or safety concerns to ensure residents’ homes remain safe and well maintained.
