Job summary

Peabody is seeking an on-site Estate Services Caretaker to keep communal areas clean, safe, and welcoming across our estates. You’ll be out on site five days a week, engaging with residents and colleagues to maintain high standards.

The role includes lighting checks, cleaning duties, and operating powered equipment. A company van is provided to support daily tasks and you can earn extra by referring friends who join Peabody.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Experience in caretaking or cleaning.
• Knowledge of powered equipment.
• Enjoy helping people and take pride in your work.

Responsibilities

• Start with a quick lighting check – swap out any bulbs that need replacing.
• Roll up your sleeves and get stuck into cleaning duties across your designated areas.
• Work closely with your team and residents to keep things running smoothly and safely.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has a full, clean UK driving licence.
• Brings experience in caretaking or cleaning.
• Knows their way around powered equipment.
• Loves helping people and takes pride in their work.
