Tarmac Trading Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operative to support site operations across materials, storage, production, dispatch and housekeeping. You will report to the Site Manager and work a rotating shift pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) at the Nuneaton site, with transport recommended.

Responsibilities include meeting daily production targets, recording quality data, loading/unloading, ensuring timely dispatch, and contributing to safety and continuous improvement.

Job description

As an Operative, you'll play a vital role in our site operations, reporting directly to the Site Manager. You'll be hands-on across various areas including raw materials, storage, production, dispatch, and housekeeping – all while maintaining the highest safety standards in line with CRH and SHE protocols. This is a full-time role working on a rotating shift pattern of 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am. Due to the site's location and shift times, having your own transport is highly recommended.
