Job summary

GXO is seeking an Operations Development Manager in Bradford to lead the CI, MI, Systems and Planning teams and deliver initiatives on time, aligning with site priorities and the customer. You will collaborate with site operations and the M&S account to implement new programmes and report benefits and risks clearly.

The role is full-time and permanent, mainly Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00 with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proven understanding of warehouse operations enabling data-driven decisions.
• Strong customer focus and commercial awareness.
• Experience with planning principles in fast-paced logistics.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver change.
• Excellent stakeholder management across senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Planning, MI, systems and CI functions to support the site labour strategy.
• Coordinate and drive onsite project management to progress with minimal risk.
• Develop teams and accountability for performance and engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement delivering benefits in productivity, service and cost.
• Use data to challenge performance and inform decisions.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders communicating priorities.
