Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Bradford is seeking an Operations Development Manager to lead Planning, MI, CI and Systems functions, delivering initiatives on time while communicating risks and benefits to site teams and customers.

You will drive project delivery, staff development and continuous improvement, using data to inform decisions and strengthening customer relationships. The role is a full-time, 08:00–16:00 position with flexibility when needed.

Qualifications

Experience understanding warehouse operations and interpreting data to drive decisions.
Strong customer focus with ability to meet operational and financial KPIs.
Experience planning in fast-paced food logistics environments.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver change with measurable benefits.
Excellent stakeholder management across leaders and customers.
Experience with JDA and WLM is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead Planning, MI, systems and CI functions aligning with labour strategy and CI roadmap.
Coordinate and drive onsite project management to progress with minimized risk.
Develop and hold teams accountable for performance and engagement.
Drive continuous improvement delivering benefits in productivity and cost.
