Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead a culture of continuous improvement at our Ollerton site.

You will work with operations to identify opportunities, analyze data, and implement plans that improve cost, quality, and service while coaching teams in best practices. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with a salary up to £50,000 per year and 33 days leave.

Responsibilities

• Lead, implement, and sustain continuous improvement projects across all site contracts and functions.
• Analyse operational data, identify performance gaps against KPIs, and develop improvement plans to drive results.
• Manage and support the successful implementation of change management initiatives across the site.
• Partner with operational leaders to achieve KPI targets, productivity improvements, budget objectives, and customer expectations.
• Develop and influence teams through coaching, training, succession planning, and best practice sharing.

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager who will lead and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our shared user site in Ollerton. Working closely with operational and cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to improve performance, enhance productivity, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional service for our customers.

You will play a key role in implementing change initiatives, analysing operational performance against KPIs, and coaching teams to adopt best practice and sustainable improvement methodologies.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00.
